Job Summary

Territory Manager Cardiac Devices Buffalo NY

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join a leading cardiac device organization. This role is responsible for managing and growing a well-established territory covering Buffalo and surrounding markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth while protecting and expanding existing business within a competitive market

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians hospital stakeholders and clinical staff

  • Provide product education in-service training and case support for advanced cardiac technologies

  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to proactively position the portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in medical device sales; cardiac experience strongly preferred (non-orthopedic background required)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term trust-based relationships

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment

  • Bachelors degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $65000

  • Commission-focused structure with median on-target earnings of approximately $300000

  • Monthly bonus payouts

  • Comprehensive benefits package and car allowance (clean driving record required)
