Territory Manager Cardiac Devices Buffalo NY
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join a leading cardiac device organization. This role is responsible for managing and growing a well-established territory covering Buffalo and surrounding markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth while protecting and expanding existing business within a competitive market
Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians hospital stakeholders and clinical staff
Provide product education in-service training and case support for advanced cardiac technologies
Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to proactively position the portfolio
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in medical device sales; cardiac experience strongly preferred (non-orthopedic background required)
Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term trust-based relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
Bachelors degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of $65000
Commission-focused structure with median on-target earnings of approximately $300000
Monthly bonus payouts
