Job Description: Virtual Call Center Rep

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a virtual call center environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Address customer inquiries resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Effectively manage multiple channels of communication such as phone email and chat
  • Follow call scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Meet quality and productivity standards set by the organization

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center role
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
