Job Description: Virtual Call Center Rep
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a virtual call center environment
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Address customer inquiries resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Effectively manage multiple channels of communication such as phone email and chat
- Follow call scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet quality and productivity standards set by the organization
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center role
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
