Job Summary
Job title: Design Operations Coordinator

Detailed description/responsibilities:
The Design Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting operational excellence within the production team. The position entails managing project deliverables coordinating resources and serving as a central communication hub between creative producers designers project managers marketing and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of a creative and design operation from workflows and processes to both creative and design file formats as well as excellent planning and time management skills and the ability to enhance productivity while maintaining high-quality creative output
Key Responsibilities
Design Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day design operations including project intake prioritization and scheduling
- Manage design workflows timelines and dependencies across multiple projects
- Act as a liaison between design merch and business stakeholders
- Maintain design documentation processes and best practices
- Track design metrics (delivery timelines efficiency quality indicators)
Design Support
- Assist designers with asset management and design handoffs
- Ensure consistency with design systems brand guidelines and UX standards
- Organize and maintain design files libraries and repositories
- Support design reviews critiques and stakeholder presentations
Tools & Process Management
- Manage and optimize process on Figma Adobe Creative Suite
- Improve design intake review and approval processes
- Support onboarding of new designers with tools documentation and workflows
- Familiarity with Agile environment.
