Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide nursing assessments treatments and education for employee illness or injury
- Document and maintain medical records in compliance with OSHA and confidentiality standards
- Manage disability Workers Compensation FMLA and return-to-work processes
- Support site emergency response and medical surveillance programs
- Coordinate with insurance carriers providers and internal safety/benefits teams
- Manage medical inventory and participate in health safety and pandemic preparedness programs
Requirements:
- Active state Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- 5 years of Registered Nurse experience (occupational health preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
