Pay starting at $38.75/hr DOE

Schedule:
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-7am
What Youll Need:
- Technical Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 5 years in a facility maintenance position with 2 years in electrical repair.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- 2 years conveyor maintenance and repair experience
What Youll Do:
- Prioritize and schedule equipment repairs and Preventative Maintenance in collaboration with the management team.
- Assist in determining needs for equipment parts and supplies.
- Evaluate equipment failures and provide complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
- Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements.
- Partner with leadership to drive successful implementation of team objectives.
- Effectively communicate technical/automation needs and concerns to internal and external customers to include Engineering.
- Collaborate with Engineering and vendors to ensure target achievements in technical/maintenance support.
Essential Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and/or walk continuously during the assigned shift.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100lbs during the assigned shift 30lbs or less continuously 50lbs frequently and 100lbs occasionally.
- Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
- Ability to bend squat/kneel twist/turn climb crawl reach above shoulder and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
- Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.
- Requires activities involving being around moving machinery exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity and exposure to dust fumes and gases.
- Willingness and ability to be equipment certified and able to meet physical requirements of equipment operator
