Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Design concepts detail design and drawings.
Prototype assembly Verification and testing.
Conduct Design reviews with the core team and Documentation.
DFM DFA DFMEA and PFMEA review and update
Coordination with Moldflow analysis and FEA team.
Coordination with Hardware team
Coordination with tooling vendors for quotes prototype development and production parts.
Design support tooling and communications.
Procure samples for verification test.
Coordination with cross-functional teams marketing manufacturing testing Development Quality Risk Management Regulatory and service for change implementation.
Support Molding validation protocols IQ OQ and PQ review and finalize.
Design Verification Testing and Validation of product for the design requirements.
Documentation for change release and Project management.
Regular Discussions with the customer about project progress risks and updates
Provide Mentor Graphics Schematic and PCB Layout Tool Support
Design Layout Verification against industry standard rules.
