Key Responsibilities:
KBR is seeking a Senior Engineer. Primary responsibilities are to:
- Provide subject-matter expertise to rapidly explore and prototype multi-domain command control and communications (C3) capabilities to synchronize data sharing and decision making for joint warfighting.
- Deliver technical assessments and analysis to provide recommended innovative approaches technologies and capabilities to close critical joint warfighting capability gaps.
- Provide technical expertise to inform mission engineering studies prototype development experimentation and global integrated wargaming.
- Provide technical analysis and advice to help inform capability requirements development and validation through the JCIDS process.
- Collaborate with Service Joint Staff and OSD stakeholders to support the transition of technologies from prototypes and joint experimentation activities to Service programs of record.
- Prepare and deliver reports and briefings for senior DoD leadership and Congress

Location: On-site Arlington VA
Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%

Qualifications:
Required:
A minimum of 15 years of experience and expertise in two or more of the following: Joint Force design Development and Application Operational constraints Concepts of operation
Concepts of employment Development and execution of CMMD operational plans threat tactics and responses or logistics approaches.A minimum of 10 years of experience working with Joint Staff and warfighters.
BS in scientific or technological discipline
Clearance RequirementsMust have a TS/SCI clearance
Desired:
MS Degree in Technical Discipline

Basic Compensation:
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus relocation benefits short term incentives long term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
