Job Summary

Allianz Digital Health (ADH) is a Munich Germany based 100% subsidiary of Allianz SE aiming at the modernization and digitization of global Allianz health entities by providing technical excellence at scale. ADH offers these entities digital and data-based health services on a modern IT architecture to support their core insurance processes and health specific services alike. The company strives for rule breaking approaches in health insurance and a completely new experience for its customers and ultimately their end customers and business clients.

As an HR Business Partner you will play a crucial role in leading all HR functions for our team of around 50 employees. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle and provide dedicated HR support to both staff and management. Tasks

Talent Acquisition & End-to-End Recruiting

  • Full Cycle: Own the recruitment process including drafting job descriptions selecting job portals active sourcing and screening and conducting first round interviews.
  • Hiring: Handle all legal/contractual documentation.
  • Onboarding: Manage the Pre-boarding phase and the structured integration of new hire

Employee Lifecycle & Administration

  • Daily Ops: Handle all HR administrative activities in coordination with our centralized HR services team and maintain the central HR information.
  • Documentation: Compile and update employee records (contracts promotion letters work-from-abroad certificates etc.).
  • Offboarding: Lead exit interviews manage terminations and issue employment references (Arbeitszeugnisse).

Performance Development & Culture

  • Growth: Identify training needs organize development programs and manage the training catalogue.
  • Performance: Take a leading role in preparing and implementing the Employee Performance Review (EPR) and feedback processes.
  • Engagement: Manage the Allianz Engagement Survey (AES) derive actionable results and foster culture through team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma (Abitur) and relevant university degree or vocational training
  • Experience: 2 or more years of working experience in related fields e.g. as an HR assistant recruiter or office administrator with a strong HR focus.
  • Mindset: Proactive problem-solving abilities high attention to detail and a flexible approach to adapting to changing priorities.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-organization initiative and team spirit.
  • Confidentiality: Comfortable handling strictly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Tech Stack: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Powerpoint); experience in SAP R/3 or the Allianz HR ecosystem is a plus.
  • Languages: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
