Job Title: Support Engineer
Experience: 3-5 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled support Engineer to join our this role Associate will be responsible for Monitoring tracking and taking actions for the service requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate these concepts into user-friendly documentation. This includes mainly process documentation or wikis or SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring tracking and following up the requests
Conducting regular analysis of the KPIs and following up with the teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements.
Developing best practices for system operations and management.
Working and supporting 24/7 operations
Perform audit of the service request
Co-ordinate with Various Partner to collect data around KPI & perform analysis
Run weekly Governance Call for each KPI
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT software industry
Familiar with the ITIL process
Experience in the service management
Experience with documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical background and knowledge in Cloud Operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment:
Hybrid
Collaborate with global teams across different time zones if applicable.
