We are hiring for a leading Life Insurance Company to manage and grow an existing customer base through relationship management and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management & Customer Service:

Establish and strengthen relationships with allocated customers

Ensure customer retention from the assigned Book of Relations

Act as a single point of contact for customer inquiries queries and complaints
-
Understand customers financial goals and provide financial planning assistance

Conduct competition analysis to offer professional advice

Fix daily self-appointments from the provided customer database as per campaigns
Sales Responsibilities:

Focus on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within allocated customers

Ensure completion of licensing as per company standards

Experience: 0 to 1.5 years in Sales of
Insurance / Mutual Funds / CASA / Investments / Loans / Real Estate -
Age: 20 to 25 years

Education: Graduate preferred

Must own a conveyance

Good communication and interpersonal skills

CTC up to 3.50 LPA (Based on experience and performance)
