LPN (SNF) 13 Weeks Contract Mount Olive NC

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Mount Olive North Carolina. This is a great opportunity for LPNs seeking a full-time day shift contract.

Position Details:

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) SNF
Location: Mount Olive NC
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: $32 $35/hour

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor document and report changes in resident condition
Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards of care

Requirements:

Active LPN license
SNF/LTC experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
