Role Overview

We are seeking a Tactical Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support large-scale Data Center and Construction Technology initiatives in Reno NV. This is not a traditional Project Manager role - this is a hands-on execution-focused TPM who thrives in ambiguity operates independently and drives programs from narrative to execution.

The ideal candidate is a feet-on-the-ground leader who can operate in fast-paced innovation environments support prototyping and construction technology efforts and collaborate across internal teams and vendors in a Horizon-style execution framework.

This role demands personality leadership presence and real-world execution ability - not passive coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

TPM Core Skills

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (NOT Project Manager).
Strong tactical hands-on execution mindset.
Ability to work independently with limited structure.

Domain Experience

Data Center experience Must Have.
Construction technology experience Must Have.
Exposure to tech prototyping infrastructure and fast-paced delivery environments.

Execution & Leadership

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and undefined problem spaces.
Strong ownership mentality: narrative execution delivery.
Ability to coordinate without relying heavily on direction.

Tools & Environment

Experience working with Google Suite tools.
Familiarity with Horizon-style innovation frameworks is a plus.
