The Leadership Development Program at Great Southern Wood Preserving Inc. is designed to harness your innate abilities and challenge your week spots to unleash your full potential. During this program youll spend time at several of our treating plants and rotate through assignments at our corporate office.
This 1824-month program full time paid position is designed to:
