Job Summary

Sales Executive drives company revenue by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships to meet sales targets. They are responsible for prospecting presenting products/services negotiating contracts and closing deals. Key duties include cold calling conducting demos maintaining CRM records and collaborating with marketing to boost business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends competitor activities and market gaps to adjust strategies.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and submitting sales reports.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities through cold calling networking and social media.
  • Sales Process Management: Conducting client meetings presenting product demonstrations and negotiating contracts to close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM):
    Maintaining relationships with existing clients ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal written and presentation skills to effectively influence clients.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: A driven results-focused attitude.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly understand and explain complex product features.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and MS Office.
Typical Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
