Client Main Expecting points:

Strong application packaging knowledge with InstallShield along with end-to-end deployment experience in below platforms:-

SCCM - Packaging - Deployment end to end - Must have

Intune Packaging - Deployment end to end - Must have

JAMF - Packaging - Deployment end to end - Must have

Strong PowerShell knowledge is preferred as we work on lot of automation scripts

Good to have knowledge on Autopilot

Preferred to have someone who is familiar handling bigger applications like CAD Solidworks Office 365 applications etc

JD:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively provide consulting services related to tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Intune JAMF etc.

Developing Testing and Packaging in InstallShield and PowerShell Studio for all platforms

Leading and supporting the architectural and conceptual development of the tools listed

Lead / coordinate the troubleshooting and problem determination and resolution

Collaborate with the regional and global D&T organization to maintain existing endpoint configuration services

Participate in local regional and global D&T projects and support project execution

On-going observation of new enhancements and features of our endpoint configuration tools and services (e.g. Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Intune JAMF)

Ensure the Endpoint Configuration tools are updated to current levels and within supported versions

Provide the necessary tools to the company to keep the Endpoints within supported versions

Coaches supports and trains other team members.

Education & Experience

10 years of relevant work experience

Bachelors degree Computer Science Information Systems or other related field or equivalent experience.

Min 8 years of experience of deployment and support and operations of Endpoints

Strong project management and coordination skills

Experiences in collaboration within international teams

Required Language: English

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Prior knowledge in advanced and specialized expertise typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience

Must have Jamf experience packaging policy management MacOS iOS iPadOS bash scripting

Must have Intune Expertise Compliance App protection configuration packaging Windows and Android knowledge

Scripting basics (Powershell VBscript Bash etc)

SCCM Experience with Packaging

Packaging experience with InstallShield and PowerShell Studio

Experience with Co-management Autopilot Hybrid AD environment Entra ID
