If you would like to use a sub vendor only 1 level deep please use dotStaff Forms link: The State of Michigan is looking for: Database Administrator 4 Max Bill Rate: NA/hour Top Skills & Years of Experience: - Experience as a Business Analyst (3 years) - Quality Assurance Knowledge (3 years) - Azure DevOps Knowledge or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3years) - Understanding of BA QA DEV roles/responsibilities - Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3 years) - Experience with creating product roadmap (3 years) - Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3 years) - Adept with using BA tools (e.g. FIGMA Visio) (3 years) Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. - Will close submissions on: 2/18/26 @10am EST - Interview Process: Interviews will be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview. Interviews will likely be held the 1st week of March. - Duration: 1 year with desire for contractor to convert to fulltime with SOMI in 1-2 years. At the time of conversion candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the State of Michigan. - Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule.
