Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cost Analyst to support DoD acquisition programs through advanced cost estimating analysis and program support. This role requires a strong background in government cost modeling acquisition regulations and collaboration with technical and program teams. The position is fully onsite in Huntsville AL.
Key Responsibilities

Develop analyze and maintain cost models using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT)

Support DoD acquisition programs with cost estimates across program lifecycles

Apply DoD acquisition statutes regulations and policies to cost analysis efforts
-
Conduct technical financial and risk-based cost analyses to support decision-making
-
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
-
Prepare and present cost analysis findings to government and internal stakeholders

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering program management and government customers
Required Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance
-
U.S. citizenship

Strong technical analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven experience with ACEIT for cost modeling

Solid understanding of DoD acquisition regulations and policies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and in team-based environments
Education & Experience

Masters degree with 10 years of relevant experience

Bachelors degree with 15 years of relevant experience

Prior experience supporting DoD acquisition programs is required
