Job Summary
o Executes architecture practices and processes by properly creating and maintaining architecture domain documentation ensuring timely completion of deliverables and suggesting enhancements.
o Experience in technology application development and/or infrastructure and operational implementation.
o Deep knowledge in a minimum of one technology domain (from an application infrastructure operations scalability availability performance people process and tooling perspective).
o Understanding and application of technical architecture standards principles and policies and knowledge of applicable regulations and risk management practices.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for onboarding new vendors.
Guide vendors through USAAs architectural processes standards and governance requirements.
Partner with Technical Architects to review vendor solution designs integration patterns and technical capabilities..
Document design assessments onboarding guidance technical risks and decisions.
Support architectural reviews checkpoints and compliance activities related to vendor onboarding.
Communicate expectations with clarity and professionalism to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience:
Overall 12 experience in IT software developement
3 years of experience in software engineering systems engineering technical analysis or solution design.
Foundational understanding of architecture principles including APIs integration patterns cloud basics and security controls.
Experience partnering with technical architects third party vendors system integrators or managed service providers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding efforts in a structured process-driven environment.
