Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Oracle HCM cloud security and access management features.

Roles and associated privileges

Understanding of different security profiles.

Knowledge of EL expressions for applying security.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strong understanding of Oracle HCM cloud security and access management features.

Experience in configuring and managing security roles and responsibilities.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage security issues effectively.

Understanding of different types of roles and associated privileges

Good knowledge in creation and modification of data security policies and AORs.

Understanding of different security profiles.

Manage user roles

Knowledge of EL expressions for applying security.

Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.

Conduct thorough testing (SIT/UAT) in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
