Job Summary

Sr. Project Manager ERP D365

Location: Chicago IL (Loop) Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite) some travel required
Duration: 6-Month Contract (strong possibility of extension)
Compensation: Market rate (Corp-to-Corp preferred; competitive market rate)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship now or in the future)

We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead a highly complex project. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep ERP experience strong delivery discipline and the maturity to operate effectively in complex fast-moving environments.

This position will report directly to the hiring manager and will play a critical role in managing a major workstream.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 10 years of overall Project Management experience
At least 5 years of ERP project experience
Prior experience managing complex multi-layered workstreams

ERP & Systems Experience

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) experience plus additional ERP or system expertise and someone who understands the limitations and quirks of the D365 methodology.
Must have hands-on experience managing workstreams using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience with Jira Rally or ADO is required

Leadership & Delivery Expectations

Demonstrated maturity and judgment when navigating complex organizational settings
Ability to manage ambiguity dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable owning and driving a highly complex workstream end-to-end

Location & Work Model

Chicago-based only
Hybrid schedule: minimum 2 days per week in-office
During certain phases of the project the role will require more than 2 days per week onsite
Travel may be required during specific periods
