Job Summary

3. D365 Project Manager (PM)/Remote

Day-to-Day Job Duties (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
Develop project plans schedules budgets and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with functional leads (Finance SCM Technical) to ensure timely delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular status updates and governance reporting.
Manage scope dependencies issues and change requests.
Ensure adherence to project methodology quality standards and compliance requirements.
Support pre-sales activities including project planning estimations and delivery approach.

Basic Qualifications (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 8 years of overall project management experience with 4 years managing D365 or ERP implementations.
Strong experience in managing large complex enterprise programs.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.

Degree
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are preferred.
