The Community Recreation & Culture is looking for energetic responsible and qualified individuals to work as Aquatic Fitness Instructors at various recreation and Leisure Centers throughout the City of Edmonton. Classes include Shallow Water Deep Water Water Works and Aquamat Fit just to name a few!
As an Aquatic Fitness Instructor you are responsible for providing high-quality aquatic fitness instruction and ensuring the safety of all participants during your classes. You will design and lead exercise routines that cater to various abilities helping participants achieve their fitness goals in a fun and inclusive environment. Beyond leading the workout you will manage administrative tasks related to your sessions and maintain instructional equipment according to facility standards. Safety is our top priority and you will collaborate with on-duty lifeguards to maintain a secure deck environment.
