Job Summary

Assembles minor products or components with a small number of details within routine and highly repetitive assembly operations. Typically works at a workbench or on a conveyer line. Common tasks include checking sorting packaging labeling pasting sniping tying or trimming either manually or by machine. Performs basic equipment adjustments routine maintenance and cleaning. May perform miscellaneous jobs such as moving assemblies/machines or cleaning floors. Typically has 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision. Typical job titles include: General Labor Machine Operator Maker/Packer Assembler and Line Operator.Come Grow with Us!

Now Hiring: Respool Operator
1st or 2nd Shift
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: MondayFriday 3:30 PM 12:00 AM

Pay Range
- $18.00- $21.00 (depending on experience and shift)

Position Summary: Respool Operator
The Respool Operator is responsible for setting up and operating respooling equipment while ensuring product quality safety and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up operate and adjust machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes and inspect product quality
- Accurately maintain production reports and records
- Always follow all safety rules and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to strictly adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements
- Ability to pass a post-offer company-paid physical drug screen and background check
