Farm Equipment Operator
Location: Boonville IN
Pay: $19 - $22

Are you mechanically inclined enjoy working outdoors and take pride in operating machinery safely and efficiently Were hiring a Farm Equipment Operator to join our team supporting local agriculture by applying crop nutrients and protection products with precision and care.
What Youll Do:
- Serve as a skilled Farm Equipment Operator accurately blending and applying fertilizers and crop protection products according to label instructions and recommendations.
- Maintain and repair custom application vehicles equipment and facilities to ensure everything operates safely and looks professional.
- Keep detailed records of applications inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Load and unload products for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to local farms and fields.
- Promote the company with existing and potential customers through professional interactions.
- Assist and mentor seasonal staff to maintain high-quality operations.
- Operate machinery safely following all local state and federal regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a Farm Equipment Operator.
- Other duties as assigned to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Note: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Who Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid drivers license; ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with endorsements preferred.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with hands and machinery.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness.
- Previous experience in agronomy or equipment operation is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Enthusiasm for hands-on work as a Farm Equipment Operator is a must.
