Job Summary
About The Role
The Model Home Administrative Assistant will assist the Designers Manager and Director of Model Homes. This individual will also participate in Department-wide projects and provide general support to the Department as needed.
What Youll Do
- Manage and maintain calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct emails phone calls and other correspondence
- Prepare reports presentations and documents
- Manage budgets and expense reports
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Assist with various projects including warehouse maintenance and special projects
- Assist with event planning and logistics
- Collaborate with other team members particularly the coordinators on various projects.
- Process departmental invoices
- Track inventory homes inventory and maintain data in system
What Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelors degree preferred)
- Requires at least 2 years of relevant administrative assistant experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Adobe PDR and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
