The Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Administrator. The role supports the Supply Chain function with administrative tasks while looking for opportunities to improve streamline and simplify processes.

- Process Purchase Requisitions
- Maintain consumables stocks
- Assist Group SC Director Procurement Manager and Buyers with administrative tasks
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track and expedite order status and update internal teams
- Provide cover for Supply Chain Administrator
About you
- Previous experience as Supply Chain Administrator is preferred
- Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills.
- Good understanding or previous experience of ERP or similar.
- IT skills advanced excel capability and reporting skills are an advantage.
- Have a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate a high level of commitment to achieving objectives.
- Thrives in a fast paced challenging environment.
