Talkdesk is looking for Salesforce Developers. You will be a part of our Contact Center as a Service Team and responsible for creating extensions to the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms that have a deep integration with Talkdesks innovative call center platform.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development testing and deployment
- Work closely with the Product Managers to understand business requirements and determine scope of development efforts
- Work closely with Talkdesk Engineering Teams to coordinate efforts and dependencies
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Apex and Visualforce coding and best practices
- Deep knowledge of the SFDC database model
- Good knowledge of bidirectional data integration using REST-based web services
- Experience integrating customized remote applications into SFDC
- Knowledge of HTML CSS Javascript and REST-based web services
- Knowledge of object-oriented methodologies and approaches
- Experience troubleshooting and finding multiple solutions to a complex problem
- Established leadership skills with a team-player mentality required
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Required Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field of study
- Certified Advanced Developer is a plus
- Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is a plus
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work extended periods of sitting or standing computer-based work. Limited lifting and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards mouse etc.)
