Job Summary

The team is collaborative in the extreme because the nature of our product is man-machine integration in intuitive workflows and it takes high levels of team work to achieve this and avoid the detrimental effects of Conways law. Architecture skills: Master both server and client side development and standard communication protocols Deep security skills are essentials Process oriented: We will train everyone onboarded in our Quality Management System (QMS) that is our implementation of ISO 9001. This senior role will take onboard the teams work by a review process in our QMS similar to how a company makes acquisitions. The role will also include working with business leaders in improving that process over time as we learn and with feedback from the everyone including the Maintenance team
