Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior leader
- Manage heavy and complex calendars including scheduling rescheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Prepare analyze and maintain Excel spreadsheets including the use of charts pivot tables and formulas
- Create edit and format professional PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and external audiences
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and ensure follow-up on action items
- Serve as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders demonstrating a strong customer service attitude
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Track deadlines monitor priorities and proactively identify potential scheduling or workflow conflicts
- Assist with travel arrangements expense reporting and executive communications as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including charts pivot tables and data organization
- Strong PowerPoint experience with the ability to create and edit executive-level presentations
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Excellent organizational time-management and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
