People & Culture plays a pivotal role in ensuring UWA achieves its ambitions. We partner closely with senior leaders across the University to deliver practical and innovative solutions that contribute to academic and business success. This role reports to a DEI specialist and sits within a central team dedicated to building capability and driving meaningful change.
About the opportunity
In this newly created role you will coordinate and deliver DEI projects and initiatives across the University. You will contribute to the implementation of UWAs DEI Strategy and support key compliance and reporting functions. Key responsibilities will include:
You will be supported by and work closely with an experienced senior specialist giving you the chance to deepen your skills in DEI project management legislation and organisational capability.
