Position Overview
We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our Kitchen department ensuring the highest standards of culinarystandards and ensuring outstanding guest dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily supervision and coordination of all kitchen operations.
  • Ensure food quality presentation and consistency meet brand and resort standards.
  • Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train mentor and develop kitchen staff; foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all local state and federal health regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the Kitchen team to ensure food quality and safety.
  • Overseeing the cooking process check inventory and maintaining equipment.
  • Assign in tasks and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Address and resolve guest requests or concerns regarding Kitchen services.
  • Assist in onboarding new Kitchen team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous Kitchen or hospitality experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Kitchen procedures techniques and sanitation practices.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
