The Supervisor Patient Recruiting is responsible for leading training and mentoring a team of clinical trial recruiters to ensure successful participant enrollment and retention for multiple studies. This roles involves collaborating closely with clinical research teams study coordinators and other departments to implement and optimize recruitment strategies meet enrollment goals and maintain high standards of recruitment efficiency and quality.
- Assist in the development of recruitment materials (StudyWatch Qualtrics/CRIO Screeners call/texting campaigns etc.) and monitor the effectiveness of recruitment tactics
- Collaborate with investigators and marketing teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each studys target population. Ensure strategies are effective ethical and aligned with study timelines.
- Track recruitment performance against enrollment targets deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of new and existing recruitment staff. Ensure the team is well-versed in recruitment techniques clinical trial protocols ethical guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Supervise the pre-screening process ensuring recruiters effectively assess potential participants eligibility based on study protocols and inclusion/exclusion criteria. Help refine screening processes to improve participant quality and retention.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency reduce recruitment time and enhance participant experience. Identify new methods tools and technologies to improve outreach and enrollment.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Manager to manage follow-up communications. Ensure that participants are kept informed and engaged throughout the recruiting process
- Address challenges and roadblocks that may arise during the recruitment process whether due to participant concerns recruitment channels or team performance. Provide solutions and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Assist with social media and community outreach efforts as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Health Administration Health Sciences Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial recruitment or clinical research with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes protocols and participant recruitment methods. Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience managing a team of recruiters
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of and adherence to clinical trial regulations
including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) HIPAA and FDA guidelines
