The Role:
We areseekinga proactive anddetail orientedBusiness Analystwith a strongtrack recordin Client Reporting change initiatives to join our newly formedClient Reporting Solutions Team. You will play a key role in delivering the Client Reporting strategy under the Client Experience (CX) Programme and work directly witha varied cross section of internal stakeholders (Distribution InvestmentsData StrategyTeamandTech & Change).You will supportthe Head of CR Solutionsand the whole Client Reporting teamin progressing our exciting transformation journey.
In 2026 Client Reporting will focus on foundational improvements including developing a service catalogue redefining change request processes enhancing existing workflows and establishingdataprioritisation 2027 we will build on this foundation to differentiate between strategic and tactical solutions and embedlong termimprovements.
This role sits at the intersection of reporting technology data and client service. It is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilityhands onclient reportingexperience and deep knowledge ofasset managementoperationsand data. You will be instrumental in assessing reporting requirements coordinating change initiatives and driving continuous improvement across the reporting value chain.
This is a 24 month Fixed Term contract.
KeyResponsibilities:
Business Analysis and Process DesignforChangeRequestProcessandService Catalogue:Analysis of current changerequest process toestablishenhancedWOW introducingmetrics throughout the workflowto drive continuous improvement.Drive thecreation of the service catalogue via analysis of existing offeringsto create standardsand pairing to our Client Tiering framework.
Stakeholder Engagement:Form a strong collaboration with our internal reportingSMEsandact asa central pointof contactfor the Change Programme ensuring effective communication prioritisation and transparency across teamsand workstreams.
Process Improvement: Support the review and optimisation of existing reporting processes.Identifyopportunities for efficiency scalability and enhanced documentation.
DataStrategy Coordination:Bring together the data challengesfor client reportingand dependenciesfor each output scope to tell a clear story of the path to greenincluding tactical vs strategic.
KPI& Workflow Oversight:For activities in scope develop KPIs and leverage workflow tools to track progressidentifybottlenecks and support decision-making.
Key Knowledge Skills & Experience:
Essential:
Experience ina seniorbusiness analyst role.
Strong understanding of asset management operations and client types including institutional retail and segregated mandatesand their differing reporting requirements
End-to-end knowledge of the client reporting lifecycle: data sourcing production quality control and delivery.
Proven experience in delivering process change and delivering scalable solutions within a client reporting function.
Familiarity withvendor reporting platformsreporting technologies and workflow automation tools
Understanding of data architecture and data management principles (e.g. lineage governance quality).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Proficiencyin Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting insights.
Experience using JIRA or similar tools to manage workflows and change requests
Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset anda track recordof delivering change.
Strong experiencewithin Asset Management
Desirable
Experience in cross-functional transformation programmesincluding target operating model design and transition planning.
Experience working with offshore teamsandoutsourced operations.
Knowledge of financial instruments and investment strategies.
SQL experience would be highly beneficial
