Position Summary:
Itron is seeking a proactive and reliable Contract Facilities Associate to support day-to-day office operations at our Singapore site.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Operations: Oversee daily office upkeep workspace readiness meeting room management vendor coordination.
Vendor & Contract Management: Liaise with building management coordinate service providers track invoices.
Health Safety & Compliance: Support safety procedures and facility inspections.
Administrative Support: Assist with office events documentation courier mail procurement and internal coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
24 years of experience in facilities or office coordination.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with facilities processes and vendor management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multinational corporate environments.
Knowledge of procurement workflows.
Exposure to hybrid or coworking environments.
