Boeing Aerospace OperationsThe Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is seeking a F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructor in the following discipline: Crew Chief. This is a long-term assignment to Qatar- Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content objectives and design
- Oversees activities the development delivery and evaluation of technical training
- Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness
- Uses specialized software technology to research configure maintain update and develop new and existing media and materials
- Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities
- Ensures accuracy and quality of training products
- Coaches and develops others
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience
- 3 years maintenance management experience leading cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of 10 years experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with training courseware instruction and maintenance training
Long-term Assignment details:
- Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa depending on requirements of the country
- Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country as applicable
- Employment is contingent on the candidates ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country
