Florida Coastal Paving a is growing and looking for motivated dependable individuals to join our paving crews. Whether you have experience or are new to the industry we provide the training support and opportunity to grow into operator and leadership roles.
Position Overview
Crew members support asphalt paving operations on commercial municipal and roadway projects throughout Florida. This is hands-on team-driven work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with asphalt paving patching and grading operations
Support equipment operators and foremen on active job sites
Load and unload materials tools and supplies
Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
Follow all company safety standards and procedures
Perform general labor duties to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Construction or paving experience preferred but not required
Valid drivers license strongly preferred
