The Learning & Development team works in a hybrid environment that balances flexibility with connection. On telework days the team stays closely connected through frequent collaboration on Microsoft Teams ensuring communication creativity and teamwork remain strong no matter where work is happening. On in-person days the team shares a common workspace in the Atwood Building in the heart of downtown Anchorage creating opportunities for face-to-face collaboration and connection. This position requires frequent travel within the State of Alaska (normally up to one week at a time however there may be a need a times to travel for up to two weeks).Who We Are Looking For
