About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Care Coordinator / Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.

What you bring

  • Prior administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomously
  • Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
