Whatyoulldo:

• Demonstrate commercial and analytical focus in influencing and advising clients
• Help toidentifykey value drivers and deal breakers
• Complete pre-lend reviews for Financiers
• Contribute to due diligence accounting for IPOs
• Work with andassistour leaders with allfacetsof transactions

Whatwerelooking for:

• Solid background in financial analysisin a transaction services or corporate environment
• Detailing data collectionanalysisand modelling
• Experienced in supportingcompaniesacquiringor divesting businesses or raising expansion capital projects
• Buy and sell side financial due diligence
• Organisational and project management
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce/Business or related qualification and studies undertaken in CA CFA Master of Finance FINSIA or similar discipline
