Job Summary

Synergie Australia is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst for a leading organisation in the essesntial services and resource management sectorlocated in Pyrmont NSW.

The important parts:

Pay:$50-65 per hour super Duration:2-3 month contract (potential for extension or permenant transition)
Hours:MondayFriday 9:00am5:00pm 38 hrs per week

What you will be required to do:

Youll support a fastpaced procurement function during a period of transition taking a handson role in maintaining and improving data systems. This position works closely with the CPOand Procurement Sydtems Managerto ensure reporting analytics and database operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Maintain alreadybuilt procurement data systems across Google Sheets SQL andMS Access (limited)
Build and develop new databases as required
Maintain existing Tableau dashboards and reporting structures
Develop reporting and analytics aligned to CPO requirements
Produce data insights to support procurement decisions
Ensure data accuracy data integrity and accessibility across platforms
Respond to adhoc reporting and analysis requests
Consolidate invoices crosscheck verify and process through external portals
Pull files from external procurement portals and upload into internal platforms
Support the transition and knowledge handover from the outgoing Analytics Manager
Work at speed and adapt quickly to business needs (fastpaced commercial environment)

To be successful in the role you will:

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Google Sheets
Have exposure toMicrosoft Access (minimal use) and a basic understanding of SQL
Bring strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Have the ability to maintain and troubleshoot operational databases
Possess high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Be comfortable working under pressure in a fastpaced commercial environment
Have Tableau experience (preferred but not essential)
Show a willingness to learn grow commercially and build longterm data capability
Understanding of market indices is desirable for long term development
