Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Executive role at Global Payments focuses on selling the Genius POS and payment technology platform to small and mid-sized merchantsto modernizetheir operations by implementing theGenius POSand payment technology platform. Your role is toownthe full sales cycle from prospecting tonegotiationand closingwhile receiving sales leadership support.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary:

$152KResidual income monthly and quarterly bonuses Full medical dental vision PTO and401kbenefits(Annual Base Pay Salary 40K)Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build. Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly incentives for surpassing quota and achieving stretch goals. Your total compensation depends on your performance skills and territoryyour success is in your hands.



Ideal Candidate Profile:B2Bsales experience (fintech SaaS or merchant services preferred). Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills. Motivated competitive and comfortable spending 75% time in the field.

WhatYoullDo:

  • SellGenius POSand software solutions across retail restaurant and service verticals

  • Drive local business growth. Sell awardwinning tech. Build longterm residual income.

  • Build pipelinethrough field prospecting digital outreach and networking.

  • Track pipeline activity inAtlas and Salesforce.

  • Consult with business owners to improve operations increase customer loyalty and streamline payments using Genius.

As an Outside Sales Executiveyoudbe the face of Global Payments in your territoryhelping business owners adopt modern POS and payments through theGenius platform. You fully own the sales cycle: prospecting demos negotiation and closing while getting coaching and support from an experienced District Manager.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must reside in a 50 mile radius of the job posting. (Cincinnati OH)

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Valid drivers license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
