Join a commercial team driving creator acquisition by signing top-tier talent through agency and direct-to-creator relationships. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to signature leveraging your existing network in the talent ecosystem to fuel growth. This is a high-ownership role designed for a relationship-driven professional in digital media.

• Manage high-trust relationships with agents and managers to develop a repeatable high-quality referral flow.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 23 years of commercial sales experience specifically within the creator economy or talent representation ecosystem.

• Maintains an active network of existing relationships with creator agents talent managers and business managers.

• Demonstrates a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with high organization professional communication and pace.
