Wir suchen einenLogisticSpecialist(m/w/d)zur Verstärkung unseres Teams inNeustadt Coburg.

Siereportendirekt an den NeustadtLogisticsManager. Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:

Frachtgutschriften in SAP erstellen; eingehende Frachtrechnungen prüfen und anerkennen (ServiceNow)

Frachtangebote einholen und vergleichen

Beschaffung und Archivierung von Ausfuhrbescheinigungen für Steuerzwecke

Erstellen von Langzeit-Lieferantenerklärungen gemäß Kundenanforderung

Controlling und Abrechnung des Logistik-Dienstleisters

Bearbeitung von Zollthemen (Einfuhr/Ausfuhr)

Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien

Retourenabwicklung

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung in diesem Bereich

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Einfuhr/Ausfuhr

Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Kommunikationsstärke Eigeninitiative sowie einen pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil

Your Contribution to Prysmians Success

We are looking for a Logistic Specialist to strengthen our team in Neustadt Coburg.

You will report directly to the Neustadt Logistics Manager. Your main responsibilities include:

Create freight credits in SAP; review and approve incoming freight invoices (ServiceNow)

Obtain and compare freight quotes

Procurement and archiving of export certificates for tax purposes

Create long-term supplier declarations according to customer requirements

Controlling and billing of thelogisticsservice provider

Handling customs matters (import/export)

Order consumables

Manage returns

Your Profile

You have commercial training or many years of experience in this field

Very goodEnglish skills both spoken and written

Basic knowledge in import/export

You impress withstrong communicationskills initiative and a pragmatic solution-oriented working style

You enjoy working in a team
