Tasks
- Supervise the daily operations maintenance and management of database systems.
- Collect analyze and document reporting requirements from various business units; develop comprehensive design specifications.
- Create and sustain reports on the reporting platform ensuring continuous operational support.
- Conduct data extraction transformation and processing of production data including sensitive information in accordance with business needs.
- Oversee daily system operations and address incidents managing issue tracking collaborating with vendors for root cause analysis and testing and implementing solutions.
- Provide support for LAN administration and information security management encompassing internal network security planning implementation and governance of data security.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related discipline complemented by a minimum of three years of pertinent professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Java and SQL development.
- Practical experience with Windows Server VMware and the management of small to medium-sized LAN environments is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and German with excellent verbal communication skills and the capability to produce clear and structured documentation.
- Strong ability to learn coupled with effective communication and problem-solving skills; proactive detail-oriented and highly responsible.
