ISP Admissions Specialist Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The Admissions Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the schools enrollment process by serving as the primary point of contact for prospective families. This role ensures a seamless and positive admissions experience guiding applicants through inquiries applications and enrollment procedures. The Admissions Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records coordinating interviews and tours and collaborating with internal teams to support the institutions enrollment goals. By providing professional timely and personalized support the Admissions Specialist contributes to building strong relationships with families and promoting the schools mission and values.

ISP Admissions Specialist Key Responsibilities
Skills Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in admissions enrollment management customer service or a related role preferably in an educational setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with families staff and stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills empathy and a service-oriented mindset.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks deadlines and priorities with attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with admissions or CRM databases.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and provide solutions to prospective families.
Teamwork: Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Flexibility: Adaptable to changing enrollment needs and events including occasional weekends or evenings.
Knowledge of Admissions Processes: Understanding of admissions cycles enrollment procedures and relevant compliance requirements.
