About the Role
- You will shape how our school is seen felt and understood online. Your work will influence how parents discover us how our philosophy is communicated and how our community grows. This role sits at the intersection of education storytelling and digital strategy.
What Youll Do
- Create and execute a social media content strategy aligned with the schools values and pedagogy
- Write strong hooks captions and on-screen text that drive watch time and saves
- Plan shoot and/or guide short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) and long-form YouTube content
- Translate classroom moments student thinking teacher philosophy and school culture into compelling stories
- Collaborate with educators leadership and the in-house creative team
- Track performance and iterate content based on insights not trends alone
You are someone who:
- Understands Instagram YouTube and emerging platforms intuitively
- Knows what makes a reel work in the first 3 seconds
- Can balance emotion clarity strategy Is comfortable with both planning and execution
- Believes content should inform inspire and build trust not just go viral
Skills & Experience
- 25 years experience in social media content or digital storytelling
- Strong copywriting skills (hooks matter here)
- Experience with Reels Shorts and basic video editing workflows
- Familiarity with analytics insights and content optimisation
- Bonus: experience in education parenting culture or purpose-led brands
