Job Summary

Compensation: $28 $35 per hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1050 $1312.50
Schedule
Monday Friday
7.5 hours per day
37.5 billable hours per week
Shift Time: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a qualified and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting for the school year. The RBT will work closely with students educators and behavioral support teams to implement behavior intervention plans and promote positive academic and social outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct behavioral support under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies
Support students with behavioral social and emotional needs
Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress documentation
Utilize CPI techniques for de-escalation and crisis intervention
Collaborate with teachers special education staff and related service providers
Maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment
Adhere to school policies confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (must be in hand)
Minimum 1 year of school-based RBT or behavioral support experience
CPI certification (required)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management strategies
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to commit to the full contract duration
