Job Description:
Ipsen is strengthening its Global Digital & IT Operations to better support its Corporate Functions and enable efficient compliant and high-value digital services across the organization.
Within this context we are looking for an IT Business Operations Expert for Corporate Functions (HR & Legal) to play a key role in ensuring the reliability performance and continuous improvement of critical HR and Legal digital solutions.
This role sits at the crossroads of business IT and external partners with a strong focus on service delivery outsourcing management and value creation for business users in a complex international environment.
Own and ensure the delivery of IT business operations for HR & Legal applications in an outsourced service model including maintenance and support.
Act as a key point of contact for HR & Legal business stakeholders ensuring high service quality and user satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of HR Payroll and Legal business processes including complex data integrations across internal and external systems.
Translate business needs into effective operational and technical solutions in close collaboration with IT Business Partners.
Ensure smooth service transition of applications from build to run.
Monitor and manage service performance against SLAs KPIs budget and internal standards.
Lead operational governance reporting and regular communication with stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships including contract lifecycle service commitments service credits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to optimize services automate processes and improve data flows.
Drive innovation initiatives with IT and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Contribute to the definition and execution of the Business Digital & Technology roadmap for HR & Legal domains.
10 years of experience in IT application management within HR & Legal domains in a complex and regulated environment.
Strong experience in service delivery and outsourcing management ideally in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Solid understanding of data privacy compliance standards security best practices and pharma regulations.
Proven experience working in global matrixed organizations.
Strong expertise in HR & Legal applications such as: Workday (People) ADP (Payroll) eTemptation (Time Management) Paradox (Hiring) Cornerstone (Learning) Adobe Sign (Electronic Signature)
Strong experience with complex data integration flows and reporting including Power BI.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and coordination skills.
Business-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and continuous improvement approach.
Bachelors degree in Business IT or Project Management (Masters degree preferred).
Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a strong asset.
