EHS環境エンジニアとして環境コンプライアンスの管理と規制要件を満たすためのエンジニアリング活動を担当します
企業コンプライアンス戦略の開発と実行に貢献しステークホルダーや各部門の責任者に対して環境の観点で専門知識を提供します
半導体工場における建屋工事新築増改築改修プロジェクトにおいて計画設計段階から施工コミッショニング引渡しまで一貫して環境コンプライアンスと環境リスク管理をリードする国内法規およびMicron Global / Site EHS基準に基づき設計工事計画への要求事項の組込み請負業者管理行政対応環境是正活動を推進する
コミュニケーションの観点では法務プロセス設備ファシリティーなど各部門協力会社と緊密に連携して会社のコンプライアンスを維持しますまたMicron Globalとしての活動つまりEHS Corporate(米国)や他のMicron海外サイトとも密接に連携しながらBKM(Best known method)をアライメントすることも重要な職務です

具体的な職務内容は以下の通り

建設プロジェクトにおける環境コンプライアンス推進計画引渡し

建設プロジェクトに参画し環境法令社内基準に基づく要求事項を整理プロジェクト計画へ反映する請負会社設計者へEHS要求事項/期待事項を明確に伝達する着工前のEHS準備状況チェックチェックリスト提出レビュー承認プロセスを運用し承認完了までの是正フォローを主導する引渡しにおける残工事等のリスクを関係者と調整し環境面のリスク低減策を実装する

請負業者Contractor/ベンダーの環境管理現場運用

建設現場における環境管理廃棄物排水化学物質騒音/粉じん等の該当領域を請負業者の管理体制と連動して運用改善する 現場のEHS要求事項に対する請負業者の順守状況を監査/点検し是正指導と再発防止Lessons Learnedの反映を含むを推進する

環境許認可行政対応法令順守Construction起因の変更管理

工事設備変更に伴う環境影響を評価し必要な行政手続き届出/許可/報告を関係部門と連携して実施する国内関連法令環境を読み解きプロジェクト/運用への適用判断と要求事項エンジニアリング要件/推奨事項を提示する

廃棄物管理建設解体撤去据付を含むとベンダーマネジメント

建設に伴う廃棄物の分別保管搬出の管理委託先廃棄物ベンダーとの運用整備コンプライアンス維持を行う新規/変更廃棄物の整理New waste preparationに相当や運用定着を現場協力会社と協働して推進する

環境測定データ管理監査対応必要に応じて

環境測定フィールド測定データ取りまとめや環境監査環境リスクアセスメント等を計画実行し改善提案につなげる社内外監査/報告に耐えるエビデンス記録文書を整備し関係者へ透明性高く共有する

部門横断のステークホルダー連携Facilities/Project/Process/Legal等

法務プロセス設備ファシリティ請負会社等と密に連携し環境コンプライアンスとプロジェクト成功を両立させる

Global Standardへのアライメント

全ての業務において必要に応じてGlobal Teamとコミュニケーションを自ら実行しGlobal Standardに基づく対応を実施する時には新たなStandardをGlobal Teamへ提案する事も必要となる

必要な知識能力経験

Must必須項目

• EHSに関わる国内関連法令の知識法令が読める
• 環境関連の法令に基づく行政報告に関する知識と実務経験者
• 環境水質大気省エネ等プロジェクト実務経験
• データを統計的かつ論理的に分析するスキル
• ISO14001 ISO50001等マネジメントシステムの基礎知識と実務経験

Want望ましい項目

• 半導体製品関連工場での実務経験
• 化学物質酸/アルカリ無機/有機危険物高圧ガス等の知識と実務経験
• 化学物質を使用する設備施設に関する知識と実務経験
• Environmental Engineerとしての実務経験３年以上
• 排水処理または産業廃棄物処理に関する知識と実務経験
• 英語米国での実務コミュニケーションスキル電話会議プレゼンなど

学歴語学力公的資格

Must必須項目

• 学位理学工学系の大学卒業レベル

Want望ましい項目

• 化学系または環境系の学位取得者
• TOEIC 500点以上
• 特定化学物質/有機溶剤 作業主任者
• 危険物取扱者甲種/乙種
• 特別管理産業廃棄物管理者
• 公害防止管理者
• エネルギー管理講習修了者またはエネルギー管理士
• 上記以外の環境に関わる公的資格
