- Act as the main point of contact for your national portfolio of dealer clients meeting with them regularly to ensure program compliance and service agreements are upheld.
- Create and implement solutions that foster strong relationships with business owners and team members collaborating with partners through meetings and reporting to promote best practices.
- Show a solid understanding and motivation in maintaining our partner networks performance standards while continuously refining operational processes to maximise success.
Qualifications :
Whatwerelooking for
- Demonstrated understanding motivation and expertise in Account Management.
- Proven experience in sales or performance management with a strong record of achieving KPIs preferably in an Account Management capacity.
- Positive and articulate communicator both written and verbal skilled at cultivating sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders and adept at delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proven ability to address and resolve issues efficiently through to completion.
- Strong technical proficiency particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with automotive dealership operations is considered advantageous.
